Rideworks Limited operates a motorcycle hire business in Auckland, New Zealand.

When you visit our website or submit an enquiry, we may collect:

If your enquiry progresses toward a booking or hire, we may also collect:

Rideworks does not intend to collect complete payment-card details through its general website form. Card payments and authorisations may be processed by an external payment provider.

3. GPS and security tracking

A Rideworks motorcycle may have a GPS or security-tracking device fitted. Where tracking applies, this will be disclosed before the hire begins.

Tracking information may be used to:

  • Locate a motorcycle that is overdue, missing, stolen or not returned.
  • Support theft recovery.
  • Assist with a breakdown, emergency or roadside-assistance request.
  • Investigate an accident, insurance claim or serious suspected breach of the Motorcycle Rental Agreement.
  • Protect the motorcycle, Rideworks, the rider and other people.

Tracking information will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes.

Please do not send complete payment-card details or sensitive identity documents through the general website form or ordinary email unless Rideworks has specifically provided an appropriate method.
